Stress and burnout

Stress is the second health-related problem most frequently reported at work in Europe, after musculoskeletal disorders. About half of the workers consider stress as a common problem in their workplace. The extreme result is burnout, which results from a persistent stress with serious or unavoidable consequences (depression, suicide).
